What are some tips on not mixing up girls' names?

Listen to their names when they tell you! It's so simple but many guys don't actually do it.
Look at their faces and repeat their names out loud a couple of times during conversation.
Think of a mnemonic device. You can associate colors, rhymes, personalities, movies, nicknames, and even appearances with her name. The sillier it is, the easier it is to remember.

Examples: Jenny - think Forrest Gump or even just say "Jennaaaay!" in your head. Gina - green shirt (g). Elizabeth - The Queen. It doesn't have to be logical as long as you can make the connection.

Imagine their name written across their foreheads when the tell you their names. It's much easier to remember faces than names. FDR used this trick.

Also, repeat their names a few times during the initial conversation, making sure you've got it. It's okay to mess up a little, especially if there are multiple people you are meeting at once. Sometimes they give me shit for not getting it right, and then I'll flat out ask them if they remember my name. Often they can't, and I give their shit right back to them.

I'm horrible at remembering names so I call them all "honey." That way I never slip up.
