Go, be yourself, charm the shit out of her friends. I'm like you, a brewery/pub guy rather than clubgoer, but it's always good to expand your experiences. In terms of club etiquette, I'm not well versed in club logic but when I go out in SF I've found it's good to assume there's going to be more of a hostile attitude than in a pub. Other dudes are usually hyper-competitive which actually works in your favor because they come across as gorillas compared to a cool, confident alpha who doesn't give two fucks.

most of the party goers will be female. GREAT! Demonstrate your value by talking with each and everyone of her friends, equal opportunity with everyone.

It's like you are creating allies, engage with one, once you are at the peak of the conversation, with a smooth excuse break the flow, and move to the next ally, leave each one wanting more (of you), without hitting on them. Talk to everyone including the guys, most importantly the guys.

Once the party is over, say something like "I was just getting started, let's move the show to...... who's in? who's out?" and go to one of your hangouts... stay for 30-60 minutes, then bring the show for 2 (you and her) to your place.
