Dont use the phrase "alone" with her immediately. I personally dont like that phrase, i know its important to isolate, but alone seems like a creepy word. Remember the plausible deniability thing. So say something like, "it's kinda stuffy in here, what to go outside and get some air?" "it feels busy in here, let's go find a spot that's bit more calm" "I'm hungry/thirsty/etc. let's go get food/drink from store/cigarettes/etc."

You'll kinda know when to make a move. The conversation will stop, but it won't be awkward, it will be comfortable. If you've been kinoing correctly you can just progress it and lean in for a k-close. And then things should progress from there. Go look on the sidebar for the guide to the escalation of kino.
