Within the last year I've done big changes in my life, thanks /r/sed !

One little thing did the best for me - this screenshot of 4chan about how to be a real man / being attractive. Several points were listed on there like "believe in what you say, you are right" and many more. Unfortunately I cannot find this extremely helpful reminder again.

It'd be awesome to reread all those points again, so if you know the screenshot feel free to post it, I'd appreciate this so much!
