Wine bars are cool, but I'd definitely recommend changing venues after perhaps two glasses of wine. It keeps her from getting too comfortable or bored, and if you're familiar with the area and know good places to go, it shows you're a) able to lead and b)you have the experience to know where's good to go.

When you're sitting down, sit next to or at a 90 degree angle to her to make kino possible. Sitting across the table from her pretty much stops any kino from happening, aside from touching her hands, but that's not nearly sexual enough and hard to escalate from that position.

Question games are all right -- I particularly like the "Awkward Question Game". Ask questions that you think will make the other person uncomfortable until someone becomes too uncomfortable to respond. This always goes to sexual topics.

If you feel like you want to kiss her, try "triangle gazing". Basically, stare in her eyes for a couple moments, then look down to her lips for a second or two, and back to her eyes. Gauge her reaction. If she looks down to your lips, that's the signal to go in for a kiss. As long as you've been doing kino it shouldn't approach a big scary moment, but should feel completely natural.

If you invited her out, why wouldn't you pay?

I always offer to pay for myself, and actually I've had guys get mad at me for trying to pay for my own drinks, but I would definitely no longer consider it a date if a guy invited me out and didn't at least offer to pay.
