That's just how it goes. Out of 10 hook ups, you're looking at 2 - 3 plates at most. Especially if you're getting them off Tinder or something.

My best advice is that you need to make her want to see you again. That can mean hyping up the hookup beforehand and taking it slow, which is what I did with my current LTR (it began as a ONS--but it was a slow ONS over many hours and she vaguely knew me beforehand). Or, fuck them so good they have to return. Or make sure to build up some activity or event you guys can do together--for me, I smoke weed with girls a lot and propose we become 'smoking friends'--the reason being that weed is incredibly cheap and girls will come fuck you with the hamster that "they are getting free weed out of it." They're really just getting $1 and your dick.

But still, many do bail after the first fuck. Oftentimes it's just because they didn't really want to fuck you but got turned on in the moment and acted on it. And there's nothing you can do about that--it's life.

I personally just ignore them most of the time, after a fun and relaxed first date and the absolute most intense sex I can muster. Its not hard because my job requires a lot of attention throughout the day so they just end up being the ones that text more.

Keep it light and airy, and don’t text much unless it’s to make plans. Then just make plans with them like a week or so later. After 3/4 dates they understand what the deal is, and they see that we go out for a few drinks and we fuck. Sometime they stay the night for morning sex. Sometimes they don’t.

Instead of telling them what you want with words, just lead them by inviting them and establishing non verbal expectations through trends. You invite them out, make hem laugh, and give them arm candy to be proud of, and they try to make you happy.

If you have high enough SMV they will be trying to please you so it isn’t hard.
