I think this is pretty obvious - why wait DAYS when you should text her back immediately? You've already lost her for two weeks, at that point you had probably given up on her or already moved on and started looking elsewhere; respond with anything man, this is all you. You can be as silly or straightforward as you want to be, if I were you, I'd say something like "I'm pretty hungry right now, wanna grab something small and make out after?"
