Club situation. Me and some friends are kinda hanging by the bar tired from the night out. Not really looking to do anything more. A group of 4 people (3 girls, 1 guy) come close to us near the bar, and I realize that I recognize one of the girls in the group. Me and this girl kinda have a nonexistent history. We always studied together (me, her, and her friend) for this class that I was in. I always ended up teaching them everything because I had an A in the class and they were struggling. At some point me and this girl kind've realized that we had a bit of chemistry and there was definitely a spark between us. But I, being a brainless doofus at the time, completely missed out on getting her number and pursuing her any further.

Fast forward to tonight. I tap her on her head and she turns around, sees me, runs over and gives me a hug. We talk for a bit, but then her girlfriends get her attention again. One of my friends who also knows this girl, taps her again, and she turns around. She thinks I tapped her again so she play punches me in the stomach before my friend proceeds to drunkenly say hi to her. She then turns to me and kinda puts her hand in my face like she's trying to give me a high five, so I high five her and then kinda spin her around and start grinding on her.

We start dancing for a few minutes and maybe it was a little awkward I dunno. But then her guy friend scoops her away from me and they all go away. Felt like complete shit. Did not mean to creep this girl out at all.

Afterwards I go hit on some other girl, but this interaction was pretty much the only one that actually mattered to me that night.

Before you go all oneitis on me, let me also explain that this past week I've gone on dates with 3 different girls, all of whom were attractive. One was even a sprinter on the track team. However, no spark. This girl I liked though. Quiet, and reserved. It's not often that you get the chance to make up for past mistakes, and I feel like I bombed this one again.

So how bad did I fuck this up?
