I'm starting conversations with coworkers, friends of friends, girls i see at the library, girls on the bus, etc. But I still find that I'm leading too much, and am not getting her to lead the interaction through her signs of interest. Most girls will chat, flirt on a basic level, joke around, but won't overtly show any substantial interest. What signs should I be looking for that are cues to continue escalation?
