Why are you complimenting women "really often"?

Save it for things they actually have control over that you honestly value in a person. Being very beautiful and having a charming smile are hardly the most important traits to have and they've probably heard them a hundred times.

Just drop it. They want you to indulge them. Basically to keep complimenting them. So either indulge them or drop it.
