Looking for ways to subtly hit on women while I'm at work (at a gym). There are a ton that give off IOIs and I'm sure I could F close in any other situation but I'd rather not lose my job, so I need deniability.

The older ladies (50+) tend to be very forward but the younger ladies are a bit more timid. I guess I might be looking for the holy gail, something that women who are interested will get as a good signal to text or call my cell, but subtle enough for me to deny hitting on them should an enraged boyfriend (maybe even the lady herself, should my intuition fail me) contact the owner.

I'm usually on point and f close on a weekly to bi weekly basis but coercing the more timid females into an outside of work conversation while maintaining my good standing and reputation as a manager at the gym has left me stumped.
