Winter break, and I am going to a party where I only know 2 people. Some advice?

THESE ARE THE BEST KINDS OF PARTIES TO GO TO. These people (save the two) don't know you, so you get to present yourself in anyway that you choose. I'm not saying lie to people... but at the same time, if you want to show people that you know about a really cool hobby that you have... you can bring it to the forefront with these new people. Just like what Throwaway says, go only with the expectation of meeting new people. You have nothing to lose by just joining a conversation, and you'll find that people can be quite interesting.

Consider this an opportunity to practice building a social circle. Go in with no expectations other than to meet people and be friendly, and have a little chat. Parties are an environment when people expect to meet new people. Take advantage of it.

Also, thats perfectly fine that you can't drink. That's a cool conversation piece. Someone offers you a drink... reply with... "I can't, stomach tumor." They look at you surprised, and you can elaborate and start swapping scar stories... or think of some gruesome (yet not overly gross and still funny) story about how if you drank the beer would come out of your ears or something. I don't know. Use your imagination.

It's so easy to approach people at a private party opposed to in public because people feel more comfortable there. Since the person who is hosting the party, or a mutual friend has invited you, you are automatically validated as a normal, non-creeper, and probably pretty cool person.

Go there with a bunch of blunts, chill the fuck away from the party and just smoke.

Bonus points if you do it indoors with some sunglasses on and while smoking people will come to you and not the other way around.
