I was wondering around like a lost child at a supermarket last weekend. People everywhere, plenty of sets, but I just couldn't get my bearings. I had a realization that maybe...just maybe, stop fucking moving around. Some might contest this point, but take it as "Don't walk around so much."

Think about it...you walk back and forth and all over the bar/club/etc. multiple times. What are you doing exactly? Giving the place a once over doesn't hurt but choose a spot and post up for a while, the more you walk around the less value you're giving. You look like you're there with no purpose or to just find girls to creep on. These people will see you over and over again moving passed them, when they are chilling and relaxing in the same spots.

Don't look for the party, start your own right with where you're standing.

Always be where you are with a purpose. Anytime I sarge solo I always get that same old shit test "are you just here to hit on girls?".

Carry a bag with you with some groceries or some shit.

I find being in the observation role keeps you present to the moment. Any social interaction from that state, will further play off as being the observant observer. No recourse for being observant. If the person presses back, then continue the social interaction and delve into an intimate conversation. Remember to make a connection all throughout.

Intimiate connections forge lasting memories, that will be more beneficial then rummaging impersonal one-liners.
