You're seriously overthinking it. Take a breath, chill out, stop obsessing over "value levels" or whatever subjective bullshit you learned from some dork in a fuzzy tophat, and relax. It's not a matter of swapping values. This isn't a like kind exchange. You increase your value by girls you all ready know by demonstrating value. Interactions between friends have little to no memory and are easily replaced by new feelings/interactions.

One surefire way to "keep your value where it is" is to get hung up on this. Pretend it didn't happen. You will be better off for it.
