Gone on 3 weekdays dates with an HB8 from OKC. I am new to the OKC thing. First date met at craft beer lounge. Pushed and pulled. Tried my hand at mixing up IOIs and IODs. Very proud of myself for staying witty and funny all the while applying stuff from seddit. It came time for the bill so we played a little game to decide who would pay. We ended up splitting it. I proceeded to fuck up her name at the end of the night. Just # closed

This chick brews her own beer so I set up the next date on a Tuesday night at a brew pub. It kinda sucked because we ended up with a table between us so i couldn't escalate Kino. Rookie mistake. After 2 beers i ask for the bill. They only accept cash and she "didn't have any" so i bought. I wasn't going to make her go to the ATM and pay a 5$ fee or anything like that. Theres a line between being a dousche and being the interesting guy who doesnt pay for everything, right?

At the next brew pub I eye a table where we would sit next to each other so i could start escalating Kino, like a boss. Everything is going great. We get some pizza and a few more beers. I'm picking up on her IOIs. I respond with IODs and IOIs. Shes loving it. Awesome. The night starts winding down. I tell her that this one is on her. She didnt know what to say. She was thinking that i was going to pay for everything- like every other guy she's probably ever dated. She says no. I grab her purse, laughing playfully of course, and start to open it up to grab her $. She is dumbfounded. I'm all smiles and telling her she owes me for giving her my Tuesday night. She takes back her purse. Laughing. So physically pick her up off her bar chair laughing and kinda tickling her saying, "you know you owe me." She ends up paying for everything.

As we are leaving she says, "I cant believe you!" I tell her, "you love it." I grab her hand and put it in my coat walking to my car. We make out in my car. So much for forgetting her name ont he first date!

We go out the following thursday to watch college bball. I buy a round she buys a round everything's cool. More making out. w/e

Since thursday we've texted back and forth. Mostly making fun of each others favorite bball team, flirting, yadda yadda. She gives me her Netflix Password so I can watch House of Cards. Then she says I owe her a real date. So I TELL her I will take her out on Friday.

Her: "I might have to go to my hometown friday, I'm not sure yet. You'll have to convince me that my time would be better spent with you..."

Me: "Do what you will. I dont offer up my Friday nights very often. You wont be disappointed should you stay in town. I'll need to know by Wednesday."

Her: "I'll let you know tomorrow when i see you ;)" (we already had plans to hang out)

ANYWAY.

The whole point of this was to ask about how to navigate paying for dates. I think way too many chicks do the OKC thing to get free dinner, drinks and make guys impress them. I have had a bit of success do just the opposite. (Thanks Seddit) What do you think?

TL;DR To remain interesting and continue building attraction how do you handle the financial obligations of nights out on the town? Over multiple dates?
