He's trying to assert his dominance. Trying to prove to himself he's better than you. He wants to see that he can get any girl that you can. I've met a guy who had this problem with one of his friends before.

Stop going out with him. That's the only way.

2) Strengthen your game so your flow doesn't get interrupted so easily.

Your problem is caused both by him, and by you. On one hand, he is being an asshole. On the other hand, you shouldn't be letting him get to you.

Aaand, if someone else does that and you think that someone else isn't doing it to bother you (it's just an error), you can do many things:

It's a good opportunity to get physical with the girl. Put your arm around the girl at the same time you say something like "sorry this girl is busy bro".
You can get comical, try "seducing" your friend in front of her. That means you don't give a fuck, that's good. She will be perplexed and she will be asking herself whether you are gay or not. Then demonstrate you are not (kiss her, whatever, something sexual).

Everyone is saying things like:"He's not a friend" amnd "Stop going out with him". I find that a bit harsh and sometimes not even really possible if you are in the same group of friends.

What you can do is: - Go 1on1 in a conversation when you are NOT going out. Just ask him to come over. Get serious and say to him that if he keeps doing this you can't really be his friend anymore an it's blocking all the positive things about him (Or something like that) - Look up some theory or lines how to deal with the alpha male. Mostly these are witty, intelligent lines which will break him instantly. I do not know what he says to cock block you, maybe you could provide us with some lines he used?

Maybe I'll come up with some more ideas, but in the meantime: let us know how it went!
