Couldn't perform sexually for a first time, is it salvageable, and how?

Last friday, after a long night out, I ended up around 6am, very drunk, at a girl's place (I knew the girl from before). We fooled around, but I was far too tired/drunk to get it up, so the night ended without having real sex.

Don't ever forget what happened to you..... Alcohol can really screw with your performance. Shakespeare really knew what he was talking about when he said that alcohol, “provokes the desire but takes away the performance”

I really want to see this girl again, but I don't know if it's salvageable: did this happen to anyone else, and what should be my next move?

Assume that what Shakespeare said, is common knowledge. Don't get caught up in what people MIGHT think. If you want, if you can do it smoothly, you can make mention to alcohol's effects when you mention things that you expect to be different about the next encounter from the first one...... an encounter that you will assume is going to happen.

The best way to get good at seduction is to practice it when you're not drunk, since many people end up feeling like they need alcohol to gain the confidence to game with woman.

As for salvaging it, as long as you didn't fuck up too bad you can attempt to recover. First impressions are important and if yours was bad than you're going to meet some resistance with recovering. Try again with her without alcohol and just focus on flirting and escalating.

Depends on your age, but in all reality and in my experience, women tend to know the effects of drugs / alcohol on men.

I know many women who know that if men drink too much that they may get "whiskey dick".

The fact that you were already in the position to sleep with her means that you've already successfully scaled that wall. I am quite confident that if you do not allow this "hiccup" to bother you in the slightest, it won't bother her.

Unless it happens again. Then you really should stop drinking so much.

Happens from time to time. They don't care if you don't (unless they actually made a "drunken mistake" and didn't really want to hook up with you in the first place). Did you at least finger her or give her oral until she came?

Text her and say you are going somewhere, would she like to come along? Don't bring up the drunken droopy dick. If she was drunk too, she may not even remember. Also, remember the object is to get her drunk, not you. In my experience, drunk women become freaks.

I have had this happen, and actually ended up dating the girl for a few months after.

A lot of women seem pretty offended that you didn't get off, some think it is their fault. Some think it's the booze. Some think you were over tired.

Just lay off the booze next time and give it to her, bud. You're definitely not out of the game with this chick. She wants to have sex with you. Make it happen!
