I'm relatively new to seddit and the entire community but I've been doing my best to get back out there and meet new women since I ended a 2-yr relationship a little over a month ago.

Anyway, the entire point of this post is to share a neg/kino escalation that I have been using a lot lately when the situation presents itself.

So, you've opened a set and said a few things and now you ask for their names. When your target says her name "Sarah, Kaylee, Rachele, Brittany, Maggy, etc etc" you say, "Oh, please don't tell me you spell it the weird way with a e,y,ie,two e's, etc etc". You can also put your hand on her shoulder and lean back a little while you say this with skepticism. If she says "oh no I spell it X" you say "Oh, good for a second there I didn't think we couldn't be friends" and laugh a little with more kino. If she says, "Uh, yeah I do", you can say "Oh no I'm not sure if we can be friends anymore" and start to fake walk away. But then turn around and joke it off with the possibility of kino if she is laughing.

Obviously this only works with certain names. Like I said Sarah/Sara, Brittany/Britteny, Rachele/Rachel, Lindsay/Lindsey, Mandy/Mandie, Maggy/Maggie, the list goes on. It's a playful neg and then if she hasn't asked for your name yet it kind of makes her realize that she doesn't know your name so she can't make fun of the spelling and hopefully she will then ask for it.

Hope this wasn't a well known technique, I haven't seen anyone mention it before, but I really like to use it.
