Ok OP, we need to tread lightly here, since everyone is different and every inter-personal situation is different. But a couple of thought I have on the matter:

You should realise that not everyone is ready to have sex just like that. Especially women often need a while to really trust you. She likes you but you haven't proven to her that you are a good and dependable mate. Also, sex isn't something a woman "gives up" to the man. It's a mutual expression of desire, trust, admiration &c. - maybe you should just give her some time to aclimate to you. Because if she sleeps with you nakedly, sex isn't that huge a step. You should build sexual tension and you should build rapport. The moment she is really really horny and at the same time really really sure that you are a Good Guy, she will be desperately want to fuck you. (Source: I've had this happen often enough to see the trend.)
I'm a big fan of being friends with women, since they are, you know, 50% of the population. Having many close female friends will not only open up the possibility for more friends/connections/social proof/&c., it will also benefit your inner game. Because the #1 stupid thing I see AFCs make is that they treat every girl like she is their only opportunity to get laid. But if you have an abundance of women in your life, you can just get to know each knew girl without any pressure to make something happen. And depending on how experienced you are with women in general, having female friends will also help to dispell any fears or miscinceptions you might have.
I haven't "kept a guarantee" and I think the very idea is less than optimal for either of you. It seems like she is always going to play second fiddle solely due to the fact that she isn't comfortable fucking you at this point in time. You are condemning her for such a little thing. OTOH if you stay close to her, outwardly just being a friend but secretly still desiring her sexually, it's going to frustrate you and if she meets someone else to whom she is able to connect more, you are going to get hurt. And she might even be jealous without particularly desiring you, when she sees you with other women. We can try all we want, we can't suspend our most basic programming. As long as neither of you has a steady sexual relationship to someone else, the danger of either of you falling in love and getting hurt will always be there. The two of you got romantically involved, at least that's what I take from "weekend "bed warmer" for only kissing and cuddling". That's more than being friends. You have wandered into an emotional minefield and if you stay there without knowing exactly were the two of you stand and what you want, someone is going to get hurt at some point. Basicly, you should know what you want and you should act on that. Indecissively trying to keep all options open is not something that tends to work out in life.

That depends on you bro. But the fact that you're coming to Seddit about "a bed warmer" means you're already overthinking this.
What's the point of "on the side" if you're not getting any "on the side?"
Push her limits to the absolute furthest she will allow you, then keep testing it. Nothing pumps up inner game like knowing you have complete sexual control over someone.

EDIT: reading that last sentance sounds really "rapey." Not what I meant at all. Tease her. Push her. No still means NO.
