I have something written on a piece of paper next to my bed right now. It says "Ego is the fear of how others perceive you. Self assurance is confidence in how you perceive yourself."

Look deep inside yourself. If you really, truly, with the deepest fiber of your being, believe that what you did was immoral and wrong, the you should learn from your mistake and not do it again.

On the other hand, if you find out that you're only afraid of how other will view you, you better learn from this. You CAN do this. It's not that hard. You just need to be confident in your thoughts, actions and words.

I prescribe one hour of meditation, one hour of theory, and go out tonight.

You have to realize first and foremost that guilt is a completely internal feeling. The only person that can make you feel guilty is yourself. External influences can lead you down the path but only you can make the decision to feel it.

Kind of obvious right? But when I first realized this it was liberating, because it meant that I had the power to reject the guilt.

Instead replace it with inquiry. Why do you think you should feel bad? You're not with your girlfriend any more. Do you still have feelings for her? Does this conflict with your moral upbringing? You need to identify the reason then tackle that head on. It's not a bad thing to go for what you want, and if sex is what you want then so be it.

You give yourself too much goddamn credit. If a woman didn't want to kiss you she wouldn't have kissed you. They all wanted what they got, and so did you.

Pissing yourself about it afterwards is not constructive. Don't be that guy, there's no alpha male tendencies there. You hunted, you killed, you won. Don't apologize.
