So lately I've been browsing personalpowermeditation, aaronsleazy and postmasculine.
I finally realized how simple 'inner game' is. First of all, let me say from what I can understand and I've observed, 'inner game' and 'confidence' doesn't matter when it's about getting women. Of course it it awesome for the therapeutic purposes as it makes you more happy with yourself and your own life. But anyway, if you look good and have a normal amount of social skills, confidence is only a matter of how confident you act. You can feel like shitting yourself, but if you're faking it then people won't know the difference.
If you really wanna be satisfied with yourself and your life, it isn't pseudo-philosophy and outcome dependence and other petty schemes of RSD , but more about how you treat yourself, your body, your mind and your self image.
Things that will help anyone get rid of anxiety, become happy and have stable energy levels eventually all comes down to a balance between the right and left hemisphere of the brain, imprints, neurotransmitters and hormones, emotional trauma in the body.
Posture and breathing 8 steps to a pain free back does wonders, so does yoga and exercise.
Health and fitness Worship your own body, constantly workout and improve it through diet and weight-lifting
Meditation Goes hand in hand with posture and breathing, it will help you get a good grip on your emotions, through it you will learn equanimity, acceptance and mindfulness which are great tools.
A greatly underrated site called personalpowermeditation.com has some GREAT tools on handling emotions, self-esteem and re-imprinting you should definitely visit it.
