How good is Robert Greene's Art of Seduction?

The historical aspect of this book really saved it for me because I find history so fascinating. I think there are beneficial sections, but it's not the first book you should pick up. A.O.S was written in 2001... A lot has changed in 12 years. Read this after you have a solid seduction background and you are on a quest for more knowledge, but not as a book to build your game on.

I thought the book was a bunch of justifications for amorality and emulating historic sociopaths. There are lots of better materials to focus on first, this book won't give you any practical, useful advice.
