You need to hit on her like it's your last chance to leave your DNA in this world. You will be friend zoned if you don't flirt or make it clear you want something more than friendship. Kino is key for this. If you know she's attracted to you then it will speed the whole process up a lot faster. Start with subte things, hug her when you see her, touch her shoulder and arm. When you lead her through the door be like "after you" and guide her with your hand on her lower back. Play games like thumb wrestling to touch her hands, or say "your hands look really soft" and feel then slowly. Once you've got her used to your hands touching why don't you grab her hand and hold it while you move to the next location. You will not be friend zoned if you do this. And as long as you know for sure she's attracted then you will have no fear to attempt these.

As for 3 weeks. Don't be needy, don't drop whatever you're doing to reply to her. Flirt with her, make it clear your intentions are not just to be friends. Good luck
