When a man and a woman are attracted to each other, then sex can happen. That's how it works on this planet. You don't have to ask if they are interested in sex. You have to show your intentions to her through your messages. Make flirty jokes, brush in some sexual topics or hints, and see how she responds. If she responds positively or even reciprocates, then she may well be interested in trying out some sexual escalation. If she changes the topic or ignores your hints, she may just be interested in dating you first (shy, cautious) or she may just be looking for friendship.

Dating includes sex usually - and arranging a first date is a far better way to figure out whether she's interested in sex. You can actually see how she reacts to what you say when you make sexual references, and you can try escalating kino to see how she responds. If you can escalate kino comfortably with her, then she's game if you keep escalating the right way.

In actual fact, you can't usually build up comfort enough via messaging alone to really tempt her in to a sexual situation. There's your problem. Talking on tinder? You shouldn't exchange more than 3 messages without securing a meet up.

Most girls won't say "yea, I'm on tinder to get laid."

They're on tinder either for amusement or because they want to meet a guy. Either way, your goal is to get them from online to offline as fast as possible.
