Let me get this off my chest. TRP is a philosophy in an absolute form. It's 100% objective to both men and women. It's hardly ever like this in real life. People are different, that's why. You should take from it ONLY things that make sense to YOU and leave the rest.

The Redpill talks as if you should be at least a 7 to be able to date a 6 and you'll never date an 8 because women will choose those above them in the SMV scale. But we can't accurately rate ourselves, let alone others. You might think you're a 7, but in the eyes of a plate, you could be a 9. Or worse, a 4?

The Redpill emphasizes lifting as if without it, you're a pussy who'll never get laid. This is far from the truth. Yes, it makes you self confident which might get you laid a bit more and it does make you feel safer (by knowing you can defend yourself).

It sometimes is in conflict with itself. The "I don't give a fuck" attitude is encouraged in our community, which is good. Yet, many things are done to make an image in other people's minds, making it important what they think.

Basically, take the good, leave the rest.

We need to let go of the natural alpha concept. First, it's rather irrelevant to our purposes, if you were a natural and everything was going great, you wouldn't be here. Second, what does natural even mean? Genetically gifted? Raw talent? Just masculine perfection?

I can guarantee every labelled natural alpha had a start, where he made mistakes, but learned from them. Maybe he got his head out of his ass at 5, or 15, or 25 years old. But he wasn't born perfect. That's what others want to see. A single piece of perfectly sculptured marble formed magically by nature, when he was created from the ground up through thousands of missteps and corrections. Perseverance.

Second is worrying too much about the alpha and beta labels. Worry about what works and the personal cost for it.

We don't say ignore women, we say follow your mission (making you naturally busy) and have several women on the go (so one isn't all important)
We don't say fake shit. We say lift naturally, follow your mission (that's as real as it gets). Some men have been lied to their entire lives and need to fake their way out of those lies
We don't say lift to get laid. We say lift for health, self-reliance, fighting ability, and stoic discomfort. Getting laid is on the list but not the first item

You can be Alpha and not natural. Honestly, for me at least, I score pretty high on dark triad traits and shit and always have. But before I found TRP I had a beta as fuck dad and society is always telling you to be a lil nice boy who respects women and shit. So I tried to act that part because I thought I was supposed to and it'd benefit me and I failed miserably at it. I literally couldn't be a BB because I lack empathy, so I don't even know how to be supplicating--I'm a fucking awful BB. Then I found TRP, figured out there was another way, started implementing it and realized this is who I was always supposed to be. I'm just a pretty cold and uncaring person--my stoicism isn't an act, it's just me. But I did need TRP there to tell me that it's okay to give no fucks, that I can use girls for sex if I really want to and I'm not an asshole, that I didn't need to pretend to be a little bitch because girls actually wanted the man who I was deep down. It was a pretty big revelation, honestly.

But I don't think TRP is at heart beta--self-improvement is pretty alpha. It's recognizing your life isn't going as you want it, gameplanning a solution, and striving to achieve just that. Pretty Alpha, imo.
