I am posting this in seduction because you guys can relate more to me than relationships. I (29m) broke up with my gf (26f) of one year a few months ago.

She was my first LTR, and honestly know I got her as a result of all the work I put into studying seduction and improving myself and my game over the past few years. I hadn't slept with many girls before her, and I always knew I had more to get out of my system even entering the relationship.

I broke up with her because I was feeling "bored" and frankly scared of the implications of monogamy and the "this is it, your only vagina forever" feeling. Although I loved her and truly thought she was nearly perfect for me, I started missing my single days. I was hitting new strides in the game before I met her then just got locked down and never got to "reap the rewards" of my newfound pickup ability. She is an amazing girl, just didn't expect to fall for someone like that right after I was starting to get good at this stuff.

Seduction has changed my life for the better for sure, and my mindset on women has changed completely from my beta days, but now I am confused.

  • Where is the line between one-itis and just loving a high quality girl? Is it all one-itis and negative? I have gone through 6 girls in the last few months and come nowhere near the feelings I had/have for my ex. But seduction has warped me to always relating these feelings as negative, that they will only slow down my quest.

  • Now I want her back, the thought of her moving on scares me a little. I know eventually I will get bored again and just want to screw randoms for no good reason. I don't like cheating, and she isn't a girl that would do an open relationship. Hence the reason I left in the first place, figured it was better to just make a clean break and get it out of my system. Now that I have a little I realize how empty it all can be. I love the chase, but I continue to find the girls I am encountering bring nothing to the table other than sex.

  • Seduction is so much fun when single, and I feel handcuffed when I am out socially in the relationship. It's still fun to go out but not the same as when you are single and anything could happen.

Long story short I have kept very minimal contact with her but slept with her after seeing each other out. I still love her, I still love the freedom of being single.

My main question is, for those who have left the game, does it also weigh on you that your seduction days are over? I'm not talking about making eye contact w the bartender and knowing you can sleep w her, I mean being able to do it. That every time you see a HB on the street there isn't motivation to approach? That you lose a piece of your masculinity not being able to act on your impulses as a man?

Or is it worth giving all that up eventually when you find someone that makes you happy. I'm confused clearly, sorry for the rant of text.

TLDR: Broke up with gf wanting to get back into game. Love the game, but miss her too. What to do.
