So, I'm 38 and divorced with two kids. However I look relatively young for my age. I have nothing to be embarrassed about, and I'm not. However, sometimes when I go out I will leave out the part about being divorced, having 2 kids, and maybe I'll cheat a bit on my age. I won't waste time justifying this, but I don't particularly feel compelled to expose myself to so many taboos in a casual setting.

Fast forward to tonight. A girl I met (probably around 25) is planning on coming over. She asked for my last name so she could ring my apartment. This is maybe 3 hours before she would be here. 30 minutes later I get a text telling me all about my life. I reacted calmly, explained that I have no shame and in fact she will be here in 20 minutes.

My question is: Why the fuck should I have to divulge everything about my personal life to someone who I meet totally casually? What is this stalking shit? I'm actually a little pissed about this to be honest.
