I have just started a new system to improve my self. Usually, I would hear something, maybe from RSD Tyler, maybe from somebody on here and it would really click. I would get excited and try to implement it into my life. After a day or two I would hear something else and would forget about the last thing I learnt. I don't want to do that anymore.

My new system (I'm sure other people have done it before) uses the calender on my iphone. I write down the first thing I want to improve and have it set as a note for three days. In my case I have written down "proper breathing". This is because I breathe like a tard and need to retrain myself to take deeper breaths from my diaphragm instead of short ones from my chest. This helps with anxiety and I feel more relaxed when I'm doing it correctly. After the three days are up I start a new three note on my calender. This note will contain "Proper breathing, proper posture". And I keeping adding to it in that fashion with things that are important to me. This is how I learn new things, give myself time to implement it and not forget about the things I previously learnt.

I intend to keep this up for a while. I will keeping watching RSD Tyler videos because pretty much everything he says is gold. I will keep an eye on this subreddit among others and will add things that are important to me (my next one is stay present to the moment).

I wanted to share this in the hope it will help others. I know it's simple but it helps. I think it would be cool if others posted things that they would add to their own list and we all try to help one another with ideas.
