Depends on the situation and the girl. If its a girl I know is fairly confident I won't take the bait. I'll either say "pssh. Now you're just fishing for compliments" or "eh. 6 out of 10. Your ass is kind of flat for my taste". For girls who are more sensitive or have thinner skin you have to calibrate accordingly. I'm an asshole, however, so girls who are insecure and can't stand being made fun of won't click with me. I just find the confident ones more fun.

Shes shit testing. My go to response for a lot of these: "eh, you're in the top 5". A good push pull with not too much cockiness.

Read the Shit Tests link in the sidebar and you will learn how to deflect them. For example:
