So I can easily get a girl, but I have a hard time letting go once I get emotionally attached and drawing strong boundaries. This is by far, the largest sticking point to my self-improvement journey and my game. I LOGICALLY realize that I need to draw stronger boundaries and let go of things when they're not working, but I have a very hard time actually doing so.
If I'm not emotionally attached to the girl, then it's no problem (and I don't get emotionally attached easily), but once I do, I have a hard time. I've read No More Mr. Nice Guy, and believe I definitely have some abandonment issues from my past, and it really only comes out in relationships and I always try to make something that isn't working, work. I hold on way too long and sacrifice my own needs for scraps.
While I mean this in a broader sense of how to do it, if anyone is curious about an example here's something I posted explaining a situation, but I want to get better at this as a whole.
