Im doing marketing in canada and eventually want to move to NYC when im 23. Where's the best bars, clubs & lounges for someone new to the city?

Also any other tips living in nyc?

I prefer luxury. Im not really an artsy/crafty hipster type.

Also im white. (Not that it matters but ive heard that the us is pretty segregated and i dont wanna feel out of place and make myself a target. For example i wouldnt wanna be the white buisnessman in a ghetto.)
