You know it's coming. You can either break up with her right now, or wait for it to happen. When it does, don't let it affect you. Tell her, "That's fine, we can break up. You've had your second chance with me and blew it. There will be no third chance." Get up and leave. If she tries to talk to you, ignore her and leave. Ignore her texts and calls if she makes them.

If you do decide to wait until the inevitable, then spend time now working on your game and meeting women. A break up will feel less disastrous when you know you have options.

Dump her first. Right now. I mean literally right now. Call her, tell her it's not working for you and you need to move on. Let her rant and then say, ok, and hang up.

Always, always, ALWAYS be the first to leave the relationship. You already fucked up by breaking rule #1(No Getting Back With Exes Seriously), don't fuck up by getting dumped twice. Your ego can't take it.

Dump her immediately. Immediately. She'll tell you she wasn't going to dump you and she likes you so much and all that shit, but that's just her getting caught off guard because women LOVE being the dumper and don't know how to face rejection.

Hang onto her. Don't let her go. Obsess. Cry into the phone while begging with her voicemail. Cling. Grovel at her feet when she takes you back in pity. Worship her. Give her everything. Watch her despise you and leave, or stay and cheat on you because she has no respect left for someone who couldn't let her go when the time came to part ways.

In other words, start meeting new women now and learn the lesson this time: no second chances for exes. Don't "feel a breakup in the midst". Break up, delete her contact information, distract yourself with new women (or other pursuits that are more worthwhile) until the ex is a distant memory, and in the meantime, move on with your life.
