The sounds of heavy iron being re-racked, feet hitting treadmill bringing you in to a hypnotic trance, your body screaming at you to stop, only to tell it to be quiet. There is something greater than that symphony, but it only sings to you when you're finished... When you tell yourself that you are better than you were yesterday.

Remember that you are ever improving, always getting closer to your goals. A potential partner has to deal with where you are at right now, and will realize what you one day will become.

Is there a specific kind of music that usually helps you with this? List a genre at least. If you want to feel bad-ass and don't want to give a fuck about anything, "Icky Thump" by the White Stripes, some Black Keys (not Lonely Boy), and of that sort!
