It varies by the girl.

There’s one primary trap that you have to watch out for here.

Betas are perpetually in LTR mode. They’ll fall for the girl hard after the first date and text her right after, or the next morning, suggesting a second date. If the girl is sufficiently into the beta and is looking to settle down then then she’ll reciprocate, respond immediately, and enthusiastically schedule a second date. Things will get really deep really fast and they’ll quickly negotiate monogamy and slip into an LTR. I’ve seen this happen even after just 2-3 dates. One time I saw a real hottie HB9 weight-lifter girl slip into an LTR after just one date.

On the other hand, the girl might be looking for something more casual. Maybe she has a lot of options. Maybe she’s really young and nobody in her life is pressuring her to settle down yet. In this case she might ignore the beta’s texts for a few days. She might just legitimately forget to respond. Maybe she’ll be legitimately busy and tell beta “I’m too busy this weekend” without suggesting a different time. She’d be down for a different time if he suggested it, but she doesn’t care enough to suggest it herself. Maybe she’ll flake on the second date when her friend suddenly needs help with something.

In this case beta will get butthurt and interpret her actions and malicious flakiness. His mistake is that she actually is interested, she’s just not matching the 110% head-over-heels interest that he has, which isn’t a crime.

He should chill the fuck out and take it at a more appropriate pace. If she doesn’t respond to a text, give her a full 3 weeks before you give up. Never double message her. If she flakes or says she’s busy and doesn’t suggest to reschedule, then give it a full 3 weeks before you hit her up again. Have a take-it-or-leave it attitude at all times. Never make it seem like she’s even remotely at the top of your priority list.

So, solid post-date text game is this (even when there was sex):

1) Don’t text her for 5-7 days. Make her think you forgot about her.

2) If she doesn’t respond to a text, never double text her. Give her weeks and weeks to respond. If she doesn’t, that’s the end. Double texting will only increase the odds that a potential hyper-delayed response will turn into a never-response.

3) If she says she’s too busy when you ask for a second date, and doesn’t suggest an alternative time, don’t talk to her for 3-4 weeks, minimum. Hit her up again only once you’ve legitimately almost forgotten about her.

4) Have other girls you’re gaming/fucking in the mean time, so that you can actually have a DGAF attitude instead of just wearing DGAF as a mask.

TL;DL Don’t text her too soon, 5-7 days. When you do eventually text, DGAF regardless of how it goes.
