Im the same way. I just get these amazing connections with random girls from just eye contact as we pass eachother, but I never open, and if I did open then my nerves would be so fired up my voice would be shaking and I would cease to be God of Random Eye Sex On the Street and become a quivering little boy with a wavering voice, trying to sell her on some lovin'.

This is where learning game comes in. Open. Just say hi. Or maybe, "hey, you look so cute i had to stop and talk to you". Or maybe in a deep sexy voice, say "Damn baby, your booty is like rocket fuel for my soul". :)

Thats step one. Learn to always act on these instances. Then, maybe your like me and you get nervous as fuck after the opener. Work on that. All the damn time, at every chance, work on it. And then, once you can talk to these random girls, then learn how to keep them interested and escalate.

I haven't seen the Nick Sparks video and can't spend the time to watch it. Yet, what you could do is just make yourself known to her by just making yourself available in her proximity or by making a comment like "Busy Night here today, right?". Then do a walk away. After that, come back to her if she doesn't come to you in about ten minutes or what seems like the right time (i.e. time to finish what she was talking/doing) and just start talking to her like a normal person would without these PUA nonsense. Use a lot of eye contact. Be in the moment. Don't care about whats gonna happen next and just escalate using eye contact alone if you are comfortable doing that. Respond to her in a calm yet sexual way. You'll see that by no time, she will start qualifying herself to you if you do the above. Then, its just a matter of just saying "Do you want to get out of here?" When you have strong eye contact, its that easy.

make a comment about anything in the local context - note their clothes. their eye color, their habits, the weather, etc... any pretense to talk some more. Ask for directions, a cigarette, a recommendation for somewhere to eat. Just say something.
