Looking for some advice

See old acquaintance, chat for a bit and she asks to hang out? Tells me to msg her , was going to wait a few days but the next day I get a msg from her. She opens with hey you, and asks if I want to meet up.

So I setup a time and we go on a walk for a hour or so just talking, at the end I give her a hug and go to leave but she stops me and tells me to take her number and to text her.

I text her the next day , talk some shit but also complimented her looks.

She responds with some along the lines of - just getting out of a dysfunctional ltr , need some time before I get involved with someone but I'd like to hang out and get to know you better with no commitment. That would make me really happy.

Can you guys help my retarded ass understand this?
