Here are your options:

Easy way: Let it go. She's obviously not that into you. Why put so much effort into this?
Lame way: Ask the regular bar-goer who they were talking about. This may give you some insight or closure.
Aggressive way: Make a 'stronger' move. Be aware that she is your co-worker and if things go badly this might/will affect your job.

I recommend option 1.

a) Why would you not just organise going out at work and not texting her?

b) Personally I think no-fap is only really helpful for guys who have an actual masturbation problem, as someone who doesn't, I've tried it 5 or 6 times and I've not felt any major difference, so unless you have some masturbation issue you need to get over, get laid.
