When I'm out with friends and I'm joking around, laughing, and having a good time I can find it very easy to just approach girls who I think are attractive and give my best in the interaction. However, when I'm walking about alone I feel really REALLY stuck in my head and can't break through and let my real personality flow. The way I think about it in the field is that if I'm with some friends I can just approach and if it goes wrong just laugh about it and joke around with my friends afterwards about what happened, that way I always feel fine before and after an approach knowing I have someone I can tell it to and laugh about with. When I'm alone it's harder for me... I don't really have anyone close with me to share my energy with, I could laugh about it to myself but I'd probably just chuckle and it would subside; it wouldn't be the same.

Another example would be sometimes I think of these hilarious and ballsy ways to approach girls and I feel that if I had a friend around in the moment I would totally do it for some laughs. But when I'm alone I just get stuck in my head, feel low energy, and I feel as if I can't act full out jokey because I wouldn't have anyone to laugh about it with.

Does anyone have any tips to really master just enjoying the process when you're alone? I think this is hard for a lot of people to do, to really laugh and get amped up before and after each approach when they're pretty much out in the field like a lone wolf.
