How do you know when you’re in her frame?

It varies from woman to woman. But lemme give you the most common I’ve experienced:

Passive aggressiveness. Certain women tend to get angry when you don’t take control of the situation, so they take it out in the most annoying way possible.

Body language. Take a note of her body language when she’s around you vs when she’s around a beta male vs when she’s around a guy you know she wants. There’s certain tells most women have (laughing at jokes in a specific way, acting submissive, etc) that’ll tell you she wants to fuck you, and certain tells that lets you know you’re in her frame (not turning toward you when you talk, general disinterest, etc)

Disrespect and constant shit testing. If she continues to shit test vigilantly and disrespect you, she probably feels like she has a right to do so.

And, honestly, the best way I can really put it is you’re giving her more attention than she’s giving you. If you have to put in work to keep the conversation going, you’re in her frame.
