There's nothing you can do to change your looks per se, but there are plenty of little easy things you can do to enhance it and compensate.

Get a good haircut that complements your the shape of your face. So many Asians have either a short fuzzy haired look or some sort of bowl cut, neither of which are attractive.
Dress well. A big difference between boys and men is how they dress. If you're dressing like a kid and going out with an oversized t shirt and cargo shorts or something like that, it's going to make it worse.
Hit the gym and build some muscle. That will take care of the skinny. Plus if you get good at it, it may even enhance your jawline and build up the thickness of your neck, which will make you look much more masculine. Asians tend to have weak jawlines and pencil necks so that'll probably help.

But, as you probably already know, it's more important that you embrace and be comfortable with yourself rather than trying to fix things. As for replying to comments, the trick is to not let them faze you. You can think of the comments as little shit tests that people throw at you, so respond to them accordingly. Read the sidebar guide about that. The most important thing to keep in mind that it's not really about what you say back rather than how you say it/react. If people sense that this is a touchy subject for you and you're getting upset, it's going to turn them off.

Young man, I know exactly where you're coming from. From one asian brother to another, let me drive home a few points home that may help you.

A young-looking face is not a deal-breaker nor should you perceive it as a weakness. Your anxiety and insecurities are all in your head. Wash out those negative thoughts and pay less attention to those unimportant details. It's more important to focus on how you carry yourself.
Skinny is not bad thing. At least you're not overweight. Hit the gym or do some at-home workouts at 3-4 times a week. You'll look better and feel better. You don't have to put on 20 pounds of muscle to attract a woman. Make simple fitness routine for the week and follow it. Bodybuilding.com is a great resource.
Here are the superficial tips I have for you to improve your looks. You'll probably benefit most from a clean look. Stop using hair gel, upgrade to pomade or wax. Look up Macklemore and Ryan Lewis - you want a Ryan Lewis haircut. Short/almost buzzed on the sides and leave enough on the top for a pseudo-combover using your wax. Now let's talk about your clothes and apparel. Most importantly, your clothes have to be fitted! Your sleeves should not extend past your wrists and your jeans should never appear baggy. Slim-fit works great and will accentuate your muscles after you've progressed in your workouts. Pick up a GQ magazine, and try to find bargain versions of those outfits at Target, Ross, TJ max, Macy's, H&M, etc.

As for smart replies, I have you covered:
"Yeah thank you, I do age quite well."
"I know, I love it. I'll be wrinkle-free until I'm 50."

Embrace yourself, accept yourself. Honestly you shouldn't care if they take you seriously or not. You have to establish yourself as a person who isn't afraid to take action despite what anyone else thinks.

For example, when I was younger and showed up at a party, I would have all these doubts, "Do I fit in?" "Do I look too young" "People can just sense I'm uncool, can't they?" But now, I don't pay attention to any of that, I'm there to have a good time and to meet new people. I know I have the ability to represent myself and say whatever's on my mind. People can judge me all they want; they can't do anything to hinder my inner-confidence and my unwavering appreciation and acceptance of myself.

I like myself, I really do. I'm in my mid 20s and I love watching myself transition from scared little boy to one bad assery mf'er. And I have still so much room to grow and develop. Do the same, love yourself!!! Hope that helps young man.
