Hey guys, long time browser, but first time poster. I'm 20 years old. Most people consider me good looking (no movie star looks or anything). I believe in taking care of myself and my body, as i see it paramount to self betterment and confidence. However i'll often find myself in a rut obsessing over my own looks - whether it be a zit on my face, a week of poor lifting, or hell even a bad hair day. This heavily impacts my approach game as there is the constant thought in the back of my head that 'i'm not at my best right now.' No matter how hard i try to override it with bullish confidence, ill still feel like an impostor - something women pick up on very quickly. Objectively, I understand how puerile and self-obsessed this is, and moreover a fabricated product of my narcissistic mind, but i can't seem to shake it...
