First of all, the reason she is even texting you this is because you are moving too fast and getting emotionally over-invested.
Secondly, this isn't so much a shit test as a way for her to say "Look, I'm going to fuck other guys, so don't be mad at me if you catch me."
I would text back "don't worry, I didn't feel like we were exclusive. Also, its totally cool if you want to hook up with other guys" (say that in a way that doesn't make you sound bitter).

That last part is part is going to be the kicker, that's pretty much what i took from that though. Thanks for the input!

well we went to a bar last night, and ran into two of my close girl friends from college. We talked and had drinks, maybe they spooked her a little lol

I'd personally respond with this:
"Heh, you make a habit of hooking up with guys who are that clingy after two weeks? :D Relax, darlin'. It's a little early to be picking out dinnerware."

oh that would have been gold, i said "Oh alright, what is it you're actually looking for?" and she was like gave me the whole "just got out of a relationship thing recently" talk.

Yeah, I make it a point to avoid overly serious talks that early into talking to someone. Keep it lighthearted and don't make things needlessly complicated. Another thing you'll often find is that women bond over shared or understood negative experiences, so subtly poking fun at her exes' shitty, beta/gamma male behavior is an excellent way to set yourself apart from the herd in her eyes. Drawing attention to other guys' inherent clinginess is a good way to illustrate that you're above such nonsense, and thus possess more intrinsic value as a potential mate.
This is not to say you need to put other people down or gossip in order to boost yourself up, but demonstrating an understanding of the negative qualities guys often possess will give the impression that you're more socially aware than other people, and thus won't be prone to those same traits she's afraid of.
In short: it's the difference between a guy who "gets it" and a guy who's still clueless.
