I use to be concerned about this too, what do I say when I'm up there. The fact of the matter is that it doesn't really matter much. Talk about the environment. Do not use the excuse that you don't know what to say so you don't approach. Stop bullshitting yourself and actually go do some approaches. Afterwards you can come say that you're having conversation difficulty.
