Are there any advanced contact lists for PUAs?

I'm not sure if I'm understanding what you are looking for, but if I am then a pen and some paper is the perfect thing.

just use the notes on your smartphone. I just all add them to contacts and delete any last names. idgaf

I joined an archery club, meet two dozen people in 4 hours, Wrote a note on my phone, putting down all their names and descriptions, their bow make and model. Now I'm the new guy who knows everyone because I just read my note before I got out. Adding people in easy and looks like I'm just sending a long text.

Boom.

For 5 and below I don't bother storing I just send a message, then delete the conversation and if they don't reply that's it. If they do, I get off before considering texting them back. Obviously doesn't work if you have more then 1 #close a night.
