I'd not bother negging in the way Mystery does. If you're using it as a technique to elicit a particular response it's not really going to have the effect you want it to. Look instead towards the principle that underlies it. It is communicating that you might be interested, yet you're still a challenge. This creates sexual tension.

So if you want to create more sexual tension, reciprocate her "kino", but make sure that you do it in a way that demonstrates your sexual intent towards her, and not like you're just friends who are joking around. Create the intention of wanting to have sex with her and have that influence your physicality. As an example, for every hug (comfort) you give her, there should also be a push away (tension). The same can go for compliments, but it can change on a girl by girl basis depending on their levels of self-esteem. Some girls like more compliments, others prefer lots of playful teasing. If you understand push/pull this should be enough to know how to respond to any/all physicality on her part.

Pay attention to how the girl is touching you. If it's a high five, it's probably not an IOI. But, if she touches you unnecessarily on the hands/forearm or lingers her hand on you then that's probably a good sign.
