When talking to girls/people, is it better to be interested with your body language (e.g., facing them, not breaking eye contact, maybe leaning in, not thinking about other things while talking, smiling, and just being genuinely interested)

or uninterested (e.g., maybe acting like you're above them [not answering "stupid questions" and/or using body language that depicts almost patronization]), and just appearing like your talking to them because you're being nice).

From my experience, the uninterested look works for the majority of my friends when we go out sarging or we're at parties, however, some of my friends that have a ton of friends and have a ton of girl friends usually act interested, and plus there are so many books and videos out there on appearing interested when you talk to people, so I don't know what to do. Can Seddit give me feedback?
