When you "push" you don't do it by saying shitty things, you do it by losing interest and getting distracted by other things.

How would you deal with discussions you have with your friends? When a friend says something you don't agree with, how do you react and respond?

When it comes to girls, add a fun and sarcastic tone to it but overall react the same way. Stay true to your values and be playful, that's really all there is to it.

Don't be rude about it. For example I was watching t.v. with this one chick and I told her to come closer to me, as soon as she tried to scoot over, I pushed her back to her side in mid air. It was hilarious. She did not find it funny. Then after this happened I told her to come over again and had to go through some resistance for her to come closer to me. P.S. It helps if the girl is into you. The more she is, the more you can get away with. Why do you think females never reveal this.

I'd be wary of push-pull techniques. You go too far down that rabbit hole, and eventually you realise you're just trying to manipulate someone by playing with their emotions. The low self esteem women will put up with it, and high self-esteem women will make you feel really petty and small by digging into you.

HOWEVER, just focussing on teasing is probably a better mind set, and some push-pull stuff is just someone trying to define teasing girls in another way. When you are with your mates, you likely tease them affectionately about stuff. Well, it's critical that you do the same thing with girls. You want to tease them, but never in a way that hurts them, always in a way that is playful and fun.

BUT keep in mind, that either push-pull or teasing is always a matter of calibration, and while you are learning, you are bound to make a few mistakes.

So I'm from Australia. If I approach a cute girl and she tells me she is from the USA, I could playfully tap her on the arm and say "Oh that's okay sweety, nobody is perfect". That should get a laugh out of her. BUT let's say I was talking to a girl who's family just moved here from Nigeria. Imagine I tapped her on the arm and said 'Oh that's okay sweety, nobody's perfect'... That could be downright insulting to her.

Teasing is like that. If you aren't good at it yet, you need to practice, make lots of mistakes, and slowly get better at knowing the right and wrong times to tease girls. Just remember, that teasing is never meant to hurt people (like Negging is designed to do).

Calibrate. Whether you say mean things or not depends on the lady. I tell some girls to get to the kitchen and call others 'so beautiful'. At the core its about giving her the feeling she needs to put in work to please you.
