Let me just say, I've been reading this sub for a few weeks now, and I think I'm finally starting to pick up on a few things.

Earlier during school, I was on a break, reading through this sub on my phone. I saw a post about a guy just going up to a girl and telling her that life is short, she's pretty, let's get a drink, and her going for it.

I decided to put all my reading to the test. I picked a random pretty girl, then I thought of what to say. Before I could finish thinking of what to say, she got up to leave. I immediately got up and went after her. Saw her sitting by the door of the classroom, so I thought I'd give the teacher the excuse of going to the bathroom and waiting for her outside, as she was getting ready to go again. I step outside and suddenly feel someone grabbing my arm. It was her, but she only wanted to tell me about some guy in class snitching on me for using my phone. Whatever I told her, no big deal, she turned to leave and I told her, "hey, you're pretty damn cute, mind getting a drink with me sometime?"

She suddenly looked down and slowly said, "no..." I was discouraged, but then she said, "but we can still hang out sometime if you want to, give me your number." I gave her my number and she texted me right away. We're still texting right now, trying to set up a date to hang out.

I just wanted to say, thanks to everyone who contributes on this sub. You made me go from the guy who would just look longingly at a girl, to the guy who will actually go after the girls. Thanks a million!
