If she knows you from parties, invite her to a party. "Hey i'm going out to wherever, let's go." something that conveys that it doesn't matter her response, you're going to go anyways and she's either with you or without you. If she shows up, great. If not, meet other women and don't sweat it. And if she says no and ends up showing up anyways, good for her, she'll see you meeting other women, you'll get your answer pretty fast ;)

don't ask her out. super low chance of agreement. simply say that you would actually like to meet your fb- "friend" so you can become actual three dimensional friends . or make up some shit about your only-IRL-friending-policy on facebook and hint that you might delete her if you guys don't get to know each other ( girls hate "losing" guys / mini-rejections ) and tell her to be at "event_everyone_always_goes_where_she'll_probably_go_too" so you two can get acquainted. escalate there and not sooner
