So 3 weeks ago it was my first time going out with friends to a nightclub. I was completely sober throughout the evening because I have been trying to save up money on a trip to Norway/Holland. So basically I'm a skinny 6'2 150lb guy and have never talked to girls actively. So I was scared to go on a nightout because I didn't know anything and have never been the type to dance or be in the spotlight. I was waiting to get drinks for my friends since I was the D&D and was talking to one girl. After the first 5 minutes of talking she said 'can you buy me and my friends a drink' in my mind I was like hol up hol up hol up. I have read about this on Reddit and then tried to remember what to say during a awkward pause then I told her 'You haven't done anything to earn a drink' then she said 'buy me a drink now' and at this point all her friends started to come to her and back her up. Then I said fine what is your favourite drink? Then she said this drink that was like £10 then I procceded to buy it along with my friend's drinks. I spotted a cute ginger girl that was behind the group of spray tan snookie lookalikes. I gave her the £10 drink and said it's that girl's favourite drink, why don't you try it? You should've seen the faces they all made. The ginger girl and the bartender were listening this whole time because it sounded interesting. As soon as they made that face me and the bartender looked at each other and laughed so much. The Ginger and me then talked for about 1/2hour then kissed and I got her number now we're going out this week. Must've been because I'm a shy 19 year old guy but being in a place that I probably won't return too gave me so much confidence! And remembering the stuff that was on this subreddit made it super easy. Oh to answer your question the ginger girl was 6/10 on a scale of 1-10 Emma stone was a 8.
